Dr. Richard Barcellos

Associate Professor of Biblical Studies

Richard C. Barcellos is pastor of Grace Reformed Baptist Church, Palmdale, CA. He has over 25 years of pastoral experience. He received a B.S. from California State University, Fresno, M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary, and a Th.M. and Ph.D. from Whitefield Theological Seminary. He is the Managing Editor of the Journal of the Institute of Reformed Baptist Studies and author of In Defense of the Decalogue, The Family Tree of Reformed Biblical Theology, The Lord’s Supper as a Means of Grace, and Getting the Garden Right. He has  contributed articles to various magazines and journals, including Founders Journal, TableTalk, Reformed Baptist Theological Review, The Confessional Presbyterian, and Journal of the Institute of Reformed Baptist Studies. He is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. His academic work has focused on post-Reformation Reformed hermeneutics and the articulation of redemptive history. Rich has been married to Nan for over 30 years. They have five children.
